Effectiveness of psychodynamic psychotherapy

The effectiveness of psychodynamic psychotherapy is supported by empirical evidence. The findings indicate that individuals who receive psychodynamic psychotherapy preserve therapeutic gains and appear to continue improvement after the end of the treatment.
